  • Scaletive: A fully remote, matrix-structured agency with cross-functional teams, offering five key packages:

    • Market Entry & Expansion: End-to-end solutions covering research, strategy, localization, partnerships, and compliance.
    • Growth & Revenue Acceleration: AI-powered marketing, sales automation, and customer retention strategies.
    • Innovation & Product R&D: AI-driven product creation, trend detection, and prototyping.
    • Enterprise AI Transformation: Organizational automation, process optimization, and training programs.
    • Investor Readiness & Global Partnership: Pitch decks, financial modeling, and international connections. Scaletive operates on phased projects (4-10 months), with tools like TensorFlow, Salesforce, Asana, and AWS, starting with 30-50 employees and scaling to 100+.
